Usage notesThis could be a fully qualified path and filename, or the information used by a resolution system (e.g., a handle), or the native information used by a storage management system. For a bitstream or filestream, this would probably be the reference point and offset of the starting position of the bitstream within a file. It is up to the repository to determine the level of granularity that should be recorded.
