| Rationale | The current definition of termOfGrant is "time period for the permissions granted". This allows repositories to express information about the Rights granted, but some repositories may need to express time-bounded restrictions like embargoes. To express such restrictions, use the semantic units of termOfRestriction: startDate for the beginning of the embargo and endDate for the end of the embargo. |
